Your Intuitive Path Through Birth and Postpartum

Birth is not just a day. It’s a portal.

Birth and postpartum crack us open in ways that rearrange everything. It’s not just about welcoming a baby, but about stepping through one of life’s most potent thresholds. How we are supported during this time shapes how we emerge…as parents, as partners, as people.

I believe every new little human deserves to be born into a space of safety and love, and that birthing people deserve the same. When we’re deeply connected to our bodies and held with care, birth tends to unfold with more ease and less trauma. That connection isn’t just physical; it’s emotional, intuitive, and layered. Nutrition, movement, nervous system support, community, pleasure - these are all part of the terrain. Birth is a wild marathon, not a tidy sprint. The way we prepare matters.

My role as your doula isn’t to lead or fix - it’s to walk beside you, without agenda. You already hold the wisdom you need. My job is to help you hear it more clearly.

There’s no one right way to birth. There’s only your way, and my job is to make sure you feel safe, respected, and empowered along that path. Whether your experience brings up fear, past trauma, joy, doubt, or awe (or all of the above), I’ll meet you there with curiosity and compassion.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can trust your body, your instincts, and your unfolding story. Because birth isn’t just an event, it’s an initiation. And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

As Your Birth Doula

I will hold space for you, and advocate for your wishes. As you bring your baby earthside, I will provide continuous physical, emotional, and educational support and offer alternatives for coping with the birth process utilizing tools such as massage, physical positioning, and water therapy. Once your baby is in your arms, I will support you through your first latch and protect your golden hour as you get acquainted.

My sweet client, Kelly, shared about her Intuitive Path birth experience, “Christina is absolutely amazing. She knew what our goals were for the labor and delivery that we wanted, and she made sure that those goals were met. I would not have made it through an unmedicated labor without her, and I have no doubt in my mind that she is the reason I did. Between various coping methods for the pain and her talking me through it when I just wanted to give up, I made it through and was rewarded with the most beautiful gift, my baby boy. I can’t wait to use Christina in the future for all of my babies!”

As Your Postpartum Doula

The fourth trimester is tender terrain with equal parts awe and unraveling. I’m here to walk alongside you as you bond with your baby, find your rhythm with feeding and sleep, and begin to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

My support blends the practical with the deeply personal: nourishing meals, baby laundry, dishes, sibling integration, and warm encouragement when everything feels like too much. I bring years of experience supporting families through the postpartum season, with specialized knowledge in lactation and infant feeding. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding, or figuring it out as you go, I offer care that honors both your physical needs and your emotional landscape.

And let’s be honest: postpartum isn’t always soft-focus and swaddles. The baby blues are common. So is Postpartum Depression and Anxiety - impacting at least 1 in 7 birthing people. There is no shame in struggling. Having a postpartum doula means you don’t have to navigate those tender thresholds alone.

I’ll help you stay grounded, connected, and resourced so you can care for your baby without losing sight of yourself.

As Your Lactation Support

The beginning of your lactation and breastfeeding story can feel a bit rocky. Cracked nipples, cluster feeding, nipple shields, feeding schedules, and engorged glands leave many an exhausted parent overwhelmed and searching for help.

If you’ve decided it’s time to wean, whether for personal or medical reasons, I can help to create a plan that works with your timeline without ignoring the potential physical and emotional challenges for you and your baby.

Your Intuitive Path Lactation Support visit can take place virtually or in the comfort of your own home.

“I don’t care what kind of birth you have…a home birth, scheduled cesarean, an epidural hospital birth, or if you give birth alone in the woods next to a baby deer. I care that you had options, that you were supported in your choices, and that you were respected.”

About the Intuitive Path Logo

The Intuitive Path Birth Logo carries with it a sense of strength, surrender, and radical belonging. Just as a skilled mountaineer scales a rugged terrain—not quite certain what is around each bend, but trusting in the wisdom of the trail—we open body, heart, and mind to the ebb and flow of labor as we ascend and descend through each surge. Following our intuition as our north star, we continue on with hope and trust in the reward ahead.

Just as even a skilled mountain climber hires a Sherpa to show them the way, you have chosen a doula as a guide who has been on this path with so many others before you, trusting her wisdom and experience as she holds this sacred space where millions have struggled and triumphed.

I am honored to be your guide.
